A weekend to move, swim, rest, and receive.

Through dynamic and expansive yoga practices, somatic and restorative explorations, guided self-massage, and immersive sound, we create space to recognise and celebrate the body’s innate vitality and luminosity.

With time to lounge, wander, cat-nap, or go wild swimming, the weekend invites presence, connection, and reconnection with your natural radiance.
“Recognition is simply the remembering of our own true nature.”
The Recognition Sutras
You might be craving a pause from the constant pace of everyday life - space to breathe more deeply, move freely, and reconnect with what feels most alive within you.

Innate Luminosity offers a midsummer weekend to soften out of doing and return to being. Through movement, sound, rest, and time in nature, we create the conditions for the body to unwind, energy to circulate, and a quiet sense of vitality to return.

Expect to leave feeling lighter, more open, and more connected - to yourself, to others, and to the simple joy of being fully present in your body.

THE EXPERIENCE

Alongside the guided sessions, there will be plenty of space to rest, swim, wander the beautiful grounds of West Lexham, and enjoy the natural rhythm of the weekend.
FRIDAY - Arrival and Opening
Arrivals begin from 3pm with a welcome drink and light snack, followed by time to settle into your room, wander the beautiful grounds, or take a refreshing dip in the river.

Later in the afternoon we gather for a gentle opening yoga practice, before sharing dinner together around the community table.

As evening falls, we meet around the fire for mantra and intention setting, before closing the day with an immersive yoga nidra and sound bath - easing you into deep rest for the night.
SATURDAY - Fullness, Flow & Pleasure
A light breakfast is served before yoga at 9am, followed by a full and delicious brunch.
The afternoon is yours to rest, explore the grounds, lounge on the lawn, cat-nap, or swim.

Later we gather for the Movement Playground — playful movement and acro yoga to explore connection, curiosity, and joy.

Before dinner, enjoy a relaxing assisted stretch and sound bath to wind down. After dinner, you might star-gaze or gather with new friends around the fire.
SUNDAY - Integration and Closing
Start the day with a light breakfast before morning yoga and a closing circle.
After brunch, we say our goodbyes and depart around midday, carrying the weekend’s energy, calm, and radiance with you.
