Payment Terms
A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your place. The balance is due no less than 10 weeks prior to the event. You may also pay in full at the time of booking, if you prefer. Bookings made less than 10 weeks prior to the event must be paid in full. If you need to request special payment terms, for whatever reason, please get in touch and we’ll be happy to help.
Cancellation Policy
Any cancellation made within 24 hours of booking will be fully refunded. Cancellations made up to 12 weeks prior to the start of the event will be refunded, the deposit payment is non-refundable. Cancellations made after 12 weeks prior to the start of the event will not be refunded and the deposit remains non-refundable. If the event needs to be cancelled by the organisers, your booking will be transferred to the rescheduled date, or you will receive a full refund.
