Payment Terms
A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your place. The balance is due no less than 10 weeks prior to the event. You may also pay in full at the time of booking, if you prefer. Bookings made less than 10 weeks prior to the event must be paid in full. If you need to request special payment terms, for whatever reason, please get in touch and we’ll be happy to help.
Cancellation Policy
Any cancellation made within 24 hours of booking will be fully refunded. Remaining balance payments are non-refundable, but you may transfer your place to someone else. If the event needs to be cancelled by the organisers, your booking will be transferred to the rescheduled date, or you will receive a full refund.
