Join us, Pippa & Veronika, for a soul-nourishing retreat in the heart of winter. Our home for the day is PAUS., a wild spa surrounded by Cambridgeshire’s rolling countryside. Here you’ll move gently, savour a seasonal lunch, soak in wood-fired hot tubs under open skies, and rest deeply.

We created this retreat knowing how easy it is to drift through winter on empty. Together we’ll slow down, replenish, and listen inwards. It’s our joy to share practices that ground you in deep rest, so you leave feeling renewed, supported, and attuned to the quiet wisdom of the season.

Saturday 17th January 2026

9.30am - 5.30pm

PAUS., CAMBRIDGESHIRE, UK

£160 early bird rate / £175 after 15th Nov 26

WHAT TO EXPECT
A full day to slow down, tune in, and deeply recharge.
Ground & Arrive
We’ll begin with a somatic yoga flow - slow, embodied movement designed to help you land fully in the space and in yourself. Through breath, mindful movement, and simple grounding practices, you’ll shake off any lingering tension, clear mental clutter, and create space for the day ahead. This opening practice sets the tone: a soft return to presence, steadiness, and connection with your body.
Nourish
Together, we’ll enjoy a seasonal lunch, made from fresh, homegrown and local ingredients.
Immerse in Nature
After lunch we'll enjoy the Wild Spa: soaking in wood-fired hot tubs beneath open skies, cleansing in the Finnish sauna, and awakening the senses with cool plunge pools. This is nature’s medicine - elemental, invigorating, and deeply restorative.
Connect to the Heart
Following your time in the Wild Spa, we’ll come together for a heart-opening cacao ceremony. Rich in nutrients and bioactive compounds, cacao supports resilience to stress, boosts vitality, and nurtures the heart - a perfect ally for winter, when inward reflection and replenishment are so needed.
Restore
After the cacao ceremony, we’ll move into gentle, restorative yoga inspired by Traditional Chinese Medicine and the Water element, the energetic essence of winter. In nature, winter invites stillness and introspection, and this practice mirrors that rhythm. We’ll settle into long-held yin postures that support the kidney and bladder meridians, inviting stillness, reflection, and deep listening.
Resonance & Renewal
We’ll conclude with a soothing sound bath, where gongs, Himalayan and crystal bowls, and therapeutic percussion guide you into profound calm, helping to integrate the benefits of the cacao and yoga. This sequence offers a space to restore your inner reserves, feel grounded, and emerge aligned with the quiet intelligence of the season.
WHY JOIN US?
This retreat is an invitation to:

  • Reconnect with your body and breath
  • Honour the stillness and wisdom of winter
  • Nurture your body and mind
  • Restore balance, clarity, and energy for the year ahead
You’ll leave feeling grounded, recharged, and gently attuned to yourself and the turning of the seasons.

MEET YOUR HOSTS
Pippa Moss

I teach yoga and somatic movement, always learning - and relearning - how to live in conversation with the body.

Grounded in a belief that the body holds its own wisdom, my teaching invites you to meet yourself with curiosity, care, and presence. Over time, this practice has supported me through change, motherhood, and the ongoing journey of coming home to myself (pippamossyoga.com).
