November can feel like a pause in the year - the brightness of autumn fading, the light thinning, yet the sparkle of winter celebrations not quite here.
How do we meet ourselves in this space in-between? What would it feel like to stay present, to remain open, to rest into the steadiness of the heart? To allow a place within to anchor our sense of centre, when the outside world seems drifting and unsettled? And for that to be ok.
This 90-minute practice offers a nourishing blend of somatic movement, yoga flow, yin, breath, and meditation. The session is an exploration rather than a destination, a chance to listen inward, soften into the body, and discover what anchors us during this transitional time of year.
This class is open to anyone drawn to move more consciously with the season, to pause, and to tend to the quiet flame within.
