Every room at Monte da Orada has its own kind of beauty. Some sit closer to where we'll be practicing together, others are tucked further into the land itself. There's a real range to choose from: private suites, cosy rooms in the main house, the sweet privacy of the Casita, the lotus tent open to the sky, nature bungalows that feel nestled into the forest, and the shared, easy energy of the dorm if community is what you're after.
If you're coming on your own, don't let a shared room put you off. Some of the loveliest connections happen exactly there.

The Farmhouse
The main house is a rebuilt, traditional Portuguese farmhouse. It sits close to everything, particularly the meditation temple, just a short walk from the door.
Here you'll find the Bunks bed room, eight beds across four bunks, and the Loft Dorm, a shared space for five. These rooms share a bathroom equipped with a bathtub and toilet, an additional shower room, and a separate extra toilet.
The Garden Suites
These beautiful rooms face the sunrise and the mandala gardens. They are central, with easy access to all areas, particularly the sauna and bio pool.
Each suite has its own private bathroom, and hammock.
Nature Bungalows
Sweet, simple little houses a short walk from the practice areas, for the wild ones who want nature close.
Two bungalows sleep three, with an outdoor bathroom (best shower view on the property) and a dry toilet, simple and sustainable. The other three sleep two, with a modern private bathroom just outside the door, a laid back mix of comfort and simplicity, ideal for slowing right down.
Wild Earth Rooms
The Wild Earth rooms sit furthest into the landscape, beautifully made, private, and built to feel like part of the land rather than separate from it.
Casita
A charming, cosy hideaway, perfect for one person, or a couple sharing the double bed. Its own outdoor bathroom includes a bathtub with a view over the valley, quiet, private, and close to everything.
Lotus Tent
Sits in a fruit orchard, next to the sacred water fountain. Three single beds, a hot shower, and a dry eco toilet. Just outside, a chill out area with hammocks, for whenever stillness calls.
