As the year leans toward winter, how do we root more deeply into ourselves and into each other? What does it mean to feel a sense of belonging - not just in place, but in heart?
I'm so happy to be collaborating with my long time yoga friend, Emily, in the first Sunday workshop at her brand new studio in Cambridge.
Together we’ll explore an arc of practice - from somatic flow and breath-led movement into yin, meditation, and stillness. Along the way, there will be space for tea, sweet treats, journaling, and quiet reflection, as well as time simply to be held in community.
The retreat will close with simple chanting with harmonium - sound as a shared heartbeat, an offering of presence, and a way to carry the practice beyond words.
The Heart of Belonging offers more than a class - it is a gentle journey inward, guided by the turning of the season and the simple wish to feel at home in ourselves and with each other.
