WHAT TO EXPECT
Mornings begin in silence with Qi Gong inspired movement to meet the day gently, bare foot on the grass. We continue into morning Sadhana practice: Mantra, Kriyas, Meditation and Pranayama.
After enjoying a delicious breakfast, we meet for yoga asana practice, an opportunity to delight your body and meet yourself with curiosity and kindness.
After a full and nourishing lunch, the afternoons offer time to relax by the pool, go on a leisurely hike through the forest, take a nap, sip a cup of tea, lie in your hammock, read a book, watch the nature....
As the day winds down, we gather for mantra practice, a Vedic sound bath, restorative yoga, or a dedicated mantra workshop going deeper into the practice itself. Two full Kirtan concerts are offered through the week, Jai!
We will also have one afternoon off to allow space for integration and maybe a trip to the beach for those who would like to. That evening we come together again under the new moon for kirtan, the darkest, most star filled sky of the whole month.
